Welcome to our website. By placing a pre-order on our webshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Product Description

We sell powder sachets designed to be mixed with water to create a beverage. The images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes. As we are in the process of developing the final designs, variations may occur in the final packaging design, and flavour variations may occur upon production.

Pre-Order Process and Estimates

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently in development, in production or not yet available for immediate shipping. Any shipping dates or delivery windows provided at the time of purchase are estimates only. While we do our best to meet these dates, delays in production or logistics may occur.

Payment

Payment is charged in full at the time you place your pre-order. This secures your priority slot in our production run. All prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refunds

All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded by the customer after purchase. A partial refund of 30% will only be issued in the unforeseen event that production or logistical issues make it completely impossible for us to deliver the product to you.

Shipping and Delivery

We will ship the products to the address provided during checkout once production is complete. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not liable for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

You are responsible for checking the ingredient list provided on the final packaging before consumption to avoid potential allergic reactions or dietary conflicts. Mix the powder strictly according to the instructions provided on the sachet.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders or updates communicated directly to existing pre-order customers.
